Day 2 – Kyoto
I woke up early and headed to Kyoto. I decided I needed to spend a couple hours hiking Fushimi Inari Taisha aka 10,000 Torii Gates. I had plans to meet with Yusef (Thrash Racing) and Eiji-san (EK Motors) later.
I’ve been to Kyoto a few times.
2016 – Kizumudera, Golden Pavilion, Gion, Bamboo Forest, Kimono Forest and Sanjusangen do Temple
2017 – Fushimi Inari Taisha (incomplete hike)
2018 – Ryoanji Rock Garden
2019 – Kyoto station
2020 – Bamboo and Kimono Forest
2023: Complete Fushimi Inari Taisha
After the hike, I stayed in Kyoto buying some souvenirs and a few snacks before heading back to Osaka via the Shinkansen.
